We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2022, at the age of 65, David Allen Kostiuk of Govan, Saskatchewan, born in Melfort, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Kostiuk; and his sister Lilian. He is survived by: his mother Mary Kostiuk; his wife Iris Ambler; his siblings, Ron (Jeanette), Valerie, Judy and Yvonne; his children, Dylan, Alena and Stephen; and his grandson Logan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of memorial contributions the family asks that you spend time and energy in being kind to others or help those that are less fortunate or who experience addictions or other afflictions.
