He was predeceased by: his sons, David and Mark Hinger; his parents, Carl Hinger and Annie Hinger; and his siblings, Vic, Tony Hinger and Agnes Goldade (Rick).
He is survived by: his significant other Theresa Hinger; his sons, Jim Hinger (Connie), Allan Hinger (Cathy) and Bryan Hinger; his grandchildren, Christina Schikosky (Brendan), Tamara Maltais (Darren), Evan Hinger (Sarah), Caylene Hinger, Christopher Hinger (Kylie) and Carley Hinger; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Schikosky, Harrison Schikosky, Emma Vickers, Wyatt Maltais, William Hinger, Jacob Maltais and Scarlett Hinger; his sisters, Regina Fetsch (Adam) and Phyllis Fuchs; his foster siblings, Stanley and Nettie; and his sisters-in-law, Madalin Hinger and Bertha Hinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
