She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Hazell; her parents, Edward Folbar and Helen Folbar; her parents-in-law, Norman and Clementine Hazell; her daughter-in-law Penny Hazell; her sister Evelina; her brother-in-law Alex Gall; her brother Allan; and her siblings-in-law, Earlia Folbar, Denton Swanson, Roy Hazell, Ernie Hazell, Cindy Folbar and Margaret Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Darwin (Tannis) of Moose Jaw, SK, Garry (Karen) of Sherwood Park, AB and Melinda Hazell of Glenavon, SK; her grandchildren, Bart (Lisa), Justin, Karisa (Jason), Nathan (Natalie), Marley (Daniel), Stefanie (Adam) and Therin (Kimberly); her great grandchildren, Carter, Kailynn, Wyatt, Kenzie, Isabelle, Chloe, Rhett, Liam, Emmett, Hunter, Abigail, Oliver, Kesler and Tate; her siblings, Dianna Swanson of Weyburn, SK, Larry Folbar of Kipling, SK, Ron Folbar of Glenavon, SK and Wilfred Folbar of Regina, SK; and her siblings-in-law, Florence Hazell of Glenavon, SK, Rose Hazell of Medicine Hat, AB, Irene South (Calvin) of Ft. Saskatchewan, AB, Helen Stover (Jud) of Winterset, Iowa, Linda Taylor (Ken) of Stoney Plain, AB, Tom Robertson of Stoney Plain, AB and Dave Hazell (Linda) of Fort St. John, BC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
