He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parker and Flavia Parker-Fox (Bondy); his stepfather Verne Fox; his sons, Michael James Parker and Patrick George Parker; and his siblings, Arthur, Susanne Parker-Hadley and Mary Jane Parker-Kemp.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Patricia (Ward).
