He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Hoff and Sheryl Hoff of Francis, SK; his siblings, Jola Hoff of Francis, SK and Nathan Slobodian; his grandparents, Andy, Yolanda Klein of Francis, SK, Bill and Gail Hoff of Weyburn, SK; his great-grandparents, Pauline Hoff of Weyburn, SK and Lee McLeod of Weyburn, SK; his aunt Tarina MacNeill of Weyburn, SK; his cousin Chelsea; his uncle Devon Klein (Michelle) of Wawota, SK; his children, Shelby, Corbin, Riley and Zeke; his uncle Trevor Klein (Chantal) of Regina, SK; and his children, Jaslyn, Brielle, Theron and Beau.
