He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Itittakoose and Eva Itittakoose; his adoptive parents, Tillie LaFond and Norman LaFond; his siblings, Robert, Clifford, Bernadette, Annie, Hazel, Christina, Gloria and Cathy; his sons, Michael and Andrew; his grandson Kane McNabb; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Kay.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Rayven (Ronnie), Nowell (Nikia), Samantha, Elaine (Corey) and Max Itittakoose Jr.; his adoptive children, Candace, Crystal and Ramirez Windigo; his siblings, Theresa McNabb (Bryan), Joe Kingfisher (Sandra) and George Kingfisher (Adele); his grandchildren, Alexia, Angelina, Alysha, Christopher (Jordyn), Aurora (Jayson), Muriel, Chase, Cheyenne, Isaiah, Michael, Lena-Ann, Hannah, Leigha, Reign, Aris, Mary-Ann and Conrad; his great grandchildren, Lily-Belle, Rayven-Lynn, Evangeline, Gracelynn, Daimen and Xaiver; his niece Debbie; his nephews, Vinny, Peanut, Pat and Tony; and his cousin Annette Johnstone (Kingfisher).

A wake was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Daystar Gym. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
