She is survived by: her husband Lynn; her daughter Madison; her mother Emily Kotyk; her brothers, Lawrence Kotyk (Margaret) and Jason Kotyk (Karen); her mother-in-law Lenore Hrywkiw; and her brothers-in-law, Randy Hrywkiw (Luanne), Rick Hrywkiw (Kerry Anne) and Reg Hrywkiw (Deanna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
