He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorna Jickling and George Jickling; his wife Jeannette Huel; his brother John Jickling; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Nunweiler and Ann Jickling.

He is survived by: his son Jeff Jickling (Jayne Krueger); his grandchildren, Matthew and Mya; his daughter Debbie Dunbar (Darryl); his grandchildren, Avery, Reid and Rachel; his son Wes Jickling (Shelley); his grandchildren, Isabela, Oliver and Juliet; his stepchildren, Dion Huel (Rebecca) and Chantel Huel; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsey, Keyan and Kohle; and his sister Sheila Nunweiler. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, stepchildren, nieces, nephews.
