He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Efford and Suzanne Efford; and his siblings, Doreen and Ronald. He is survived by: his half-sister Norma Westgard; his aunts, Pearl Haygarth and Beth Efford; and also, Dianne McNall (Bob), Darlene Efford (Marek) and Darcy Friess (Carmen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
