Mylan was predeceased by: parents, William Chase and Ida Chase; and sister Neva (Pete Schnell). Mylan is survived by: wife Adaline Deschneider; children, Brad (Chris) and Deshan (Jerry); grandchildren, Carla (Dave) and Craig (Andrea); great grandchildren, William, Elizabeth and Charlotte; nephew Vernon; cousin Roger; and also, Sylvia, Maxine, Marlene and Arylis.
