He was predeceased by: his son Stuart Fowler; his sister Jacquie Fowler; his parents, John Fowler and Irene Fowler; his brother-in-law Maurice Crumly; and also, Alice and Clarence Crumly.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Donna), Tom (Rachelle) and Samantha (Brendon); his siblings, Dale Fowler, Bonnie Weber (Barry), Dennis Fowler, Wendy Fowler Schnitzler (Brian) and Patsy Fowler (Darren Baril); and his stepmother Marjorie Fowler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
