She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Mack; her parents, Sebastian Mack and Helen Mack; and her siblings, Margaret Wock (Ole), Katie Wock (Peter), Lena Mack (Edward), Ralph Mack (Donnell), Valentine Mack (Rita) and Joseph Mack (Marcia).
She is survived by: her brother Laurence Mack (Eleanor); her daughters, Debra Haygarth (William), Wendy Achtemichuk and Colleen MacDonald (Brian); her grandchildren, Corey Craddock (Denise), Kevin Achtemichuk (Erica) and Lindsay Achtemichuk; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Mason Achtemichuk. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
