He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred D'Costa and Victoria D'Costa; and his brothers, Alwyn, Melville, Conrad, Hector and Desmond.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Prabhu; his sons, George (Zahira) and Vijay (Aishwarya); and his grandchildren, Sameer, Suhail, Zahid, Fiona, Shaun and Teresa.
