He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Madeline, Bill Wakely, Ruth and Harry Matheson; and his parents-in-law, Garth and Edna Windsor.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wakely; his children, Aaron, Jared, Thomas, Brielle and Nevaeh Wakely; his parents, Terry Wakely and Marilyn Wakely; his sisters-in-law, Elaine Kushniryk and Cheryl Windsor-Morris; and also, Mark Wakely and Jill Radwanski (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
