He is survived by: his wife Pauline Mickel; his siblings, Donald Mickel (Bernie) and Shirley Hagel (Larry); his daughter Debra Claude (Dale); his grandson Justin Claude (Valerie); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Keira and Evan; his grandson Jonathan Claude (Gretchen); his great grandchildren, Sloane and James; his grandson Adam Claude (Meghan); his great grandchildren, Leighton and Brielle; his daughter Denise Luterbach (Ken); his grandchildren, Courtney (Matt Foley) and Kyle; his daughter Deidre Stephen; his granddaughter Jodi Schultz (Daxter); his great grandchildren, Zander, Zennon and Graya; his granddaughter Nicole Johnson (Ben); his great grandchildren, Ethan and Paxton; his grandson Logan Blackstock; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Sage; his daughter Donalda Rohde (Harry); his granddaughter Sarah Ramstead (Austin); his great grandchild Everest; his granddaughters, Emily and Rachel; and his son Aaron (Tara). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
