He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Fedyk and Tina Fedyk; his parents-in-law, Christian and Josephine Fleck; his siblings, Mary Berthelette, Tony Fedyk and Steve Fedyk; his siblings-in-law, Herman Fleck, Francis Slater, Clarence Fleck, Raymond Fleck, Lawrence Fleck, Lillian Fleck and Barry Sands; and his grandson Tyler Fedyk.

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude; his children, Peter Fedyk (Gay), Tim Fedyk (Sheryl) and Charlene Kosior (Don); his friend Brenda Fedyk; his grandchildren, Kyle Fedyk (Karissa), Josh Kosior (Andrea), Shayla Fedyk, Kohlan Fedyk (Rebecca), Landon Kosior (Alycia), Brody Kosior and Kensey Fedyk; his great grandchildren, Marek Kosior, Nevaeh Fedyk, Vaylen Fedyk, Parks Kosior and Joah Fedyk; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Fedyk, Stan Fleck, Della Sands and Jean Fleck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
