He was predeceased by: his brother Budd. He is survived by: his children, Joe Phillips (Bonnie) and Barbara Fornwald (Brian); his grandchildren, Richard, Kerri (Robb), Kevin (Cindy), Bryce (Meagan), Meghann, Nicholas (Kaitlyn), Kelly and Emily; his great grandchildren, Madison, Jaxon, Caitlin, Jakob, Harlow, Piper, Kaydence, Brenden, Cayden, Kayn, Alexa, Brianne and Sophia; and his friend Ken Johnson.
