He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Clara; and his siblings, Ernie, Linda Francais (Marcel) and Marie Goertz (Euclid).
He is survived by: his significant other Loretta; his daughter Carey Phillips (Duane); his granddaughter Crystal (Lorran); his great grandchildren, Linkin and Kolby; his grandchildren, Rick and Paige (Billy); his great grandchild Lenni; his daughter Leigh Ann Van Staveren (Mike); his grandchildren, Kelly, Tyler and Lucas (Aspen); his great grandchild Sawyer; his grandchildren, Chelsey (Ryan) and Bourassa; his siblings, Jeanne Boehnert (Ernie) and Martin Taillon (Gail); his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Isabey (Aime), Debbie Anderson and Linda Taillon Johner; his nephew Joey; and also Mark Van Staveren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
