He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dunford and Hildegard Dunford; and his siblings, Rhea Dunford, Delha Ng and Kim Schoff.

He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his son Nathan Dunford (Barbara); his grandchildren, Brittany (Brad), Amber (Jeremy), Jesse (Samantha) and Wyatt; his son Curtis (Lori); his grandchildren, Connor and Athena (Bradly); his great grandchild Kai; his grandchildren, Victoria, Katrina and Alexander; his siblings, David Dunford (Donna), Loren Dunford (Bernadette), Leon Gadd and Evelyn Dunford; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Ng and Mel Schoff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many special friends.
