He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Elizabeth (Schell); his stepmother Elizabeth (Weiler); his parents-in-law, Mathais and Helen Aspelieter; his siblings, Harry (Anne), Peter, Joe, Emily Wingert (Andrew) and Anne Miiller (Henry); and his siblings-in-law, Olly Martin, Peter Aspelieter, Ben Aspelieter and Bella Ganje (Mike).
He is survived by: his wife Eva Kuntz (Aspelieter); his son Duane Kuntz (Arlene); his grandchild Jackie Hayward (Brian); his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Sidney, Dakota and Jessica; his granddaughter Tammy Potoma (James); his great grandchildren, Kelsey and Chase; his grandson Matt Kuntz (Savanna); his great grandchildren, Embry and Lux; his daughter Donna Donald (Doug); his grandchildren, Kris Donald and Sarah Donald (Stephen Manders); his sisters, Mary Martin and Frances Mack (Raymond); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Kuntz and Grace Kuntz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
