She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Peterson and Katherine Peterson; her brothers, Glen, Dale, James and Roy Peterson; her uncle John Schmidt; her aunt Elizabeth Schmidt; her nephews, Raymond and Ken Peterson; and her granddaughter Christa Wock.
She is survived by: her husband James Clifford Spenst of Estevan; her children, Marilyn Wock (Dave) of Estevan, Debbie Mainprize of Calgary, Shelley Gray of Estevan, Doug Spenst (Jean) of Calgary and Daryl Spenst (Gail) of Edmonton; her grandchildren, Bradley, Timmy, Krista (Darrel), Cameron (Amanda), Tyler, Amanda (Jesse) and Brandon (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Allysa (Tyler), Bailey, Trey, Tristen, Taylor, Kolton, Avery, Aiden, Ethan and Sage; her great great grandchildren, Kaisey and Carter; and her sisters, Eleanor Ann and Betty Ann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
