He is survived by: his parents, Dayna Wanner and Deane Wanner; his grandparents, Robert Wanner, Linda, Rick Horsman, Wally and Karen Fleck; his uncles, Greg (Joann Wanner), Cory (Tarrah Fleck), Jamie Wanner (Amanda Dempsey), Denny (Heather Fleck) and Jackie (Darren Olsen); his cousins, Kelli Wanner, Dallas, Elise Wanner, Lucas Olsen (Ayja Hegland), Joseph Fleck, Jayden Fleck and Cooper Fleck; his great-grandparents, Louise Fleck and Marion Mack; and his pet Titan. He is also survived by aunties, uncles, cousins, friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lampman School, Box 370, Lampman, SK S0C 1N0 in memory of Chase as his school, teachers and friends were so important to him and his parents.
