He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Matilda; and his siblings, Emily Katrusik (Metro), Robert, John (Laura), Mike, Ralph, Ole (Helen), Jake (Marie), Eleanor Pryznyk (Joe), Rose McNutt (Mel) and Joseph.

He is survived by: his wife Doris; his son Curtis (Wendy); his granddaughters, Ashley Olson (Tyler) and Janessa Moffat (Kevin); his son Garth (Elaine); his grandchildren, Marnie, Amory (Dawn), Evan and Wesley; his son Rodney (Karen); his grandchildren, Landon, Carson and Rachel; his son Perry (Debbie); his grandchildren, Carter (Carly), Jackson (Sierra) and Jolie (Klae); his son Blake (Candice); and his grandchildren, Jenna and Bruin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
