We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2019, at the age of 90, Albert Nelson (Estevan, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Nelson and Matilda Nelson; his son Miles Nelson; his siblings, Melvin Nelson (Maxine), Emil Nelson (Irene), John Nelson, Arnold Nelson (Anne), Stan Nelson (Rita), Gordon Nelson, Agnes Looy and Hilda Adolf (Ben); his brothers-in-law, Harold Schrader (Irene), Corwin Schrader (Roseina), Cleo Schrader (Yvonne), Orval Schrader (Alice Horn), Lloyd Schrader, Wayne Schrader, Lloyd Saar, Dennis Curtis and Lewis Long; his grandson Aaron Simes; and also, Albert and Freeda Schrader.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Sandra Gallagher (Bill), Karen Coderre (Ray), Cindy Goertzen (Gerry) and Dale Nelson (Wendy); his grandchildren, Michael Sweeney, Derek Coderre (Deb), Cheryl Campbell (Todd), Alexis Johnson (Mark), Joey Nelson, D'Lee Beckman (Robert), Jodie Simes and Lindsey Ulvid (Rod); his great grandchildren, Ellyla Gallagher, Kyle Campbell, Miranda Campbell, Jenna Campbell, Dustin Coderre, Abigail Johnson, Rebecca Johnson, Dante Nelson, Nya Nelson, Chloe Beckman, Owen Beckman, McKinley Beckman, Ava Beckman, Austin Simes, Alex Simes and Ronan Simes; his sister Ellen Saar; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Nelson, Yvette Long and Eva Schrader. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
