She was predeceased by: her parents, Daizo Nakano and Natsuye Nakano; her husband Morris Naka; and her siblings, Mary Tremblay, Tim Nakano, Kaye Marquis, Mitsy Naka, Frank Murakami, Mary Murakami, Issy Naka and Tony Naka.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Seitz (Hertwig), Les Naka (Maureen), Doug Naka (Diane), Don Naka (Tracy) and David Naka (Annette); and also, Rumie, Nancy, Harry (Anita), Roy (Donna) and Linda (Real). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
