She was predeceased by: her husband Rudy Carlson; her parents, John Miller and Anne Marie Miller; her son Richard Carlson; and her significant other Herman Hoogland.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Weber (Mark); her sister Yvonne Macpherson; and also, Mark Jr. Weber (Ashley) and Amanda McConnell (Chayse). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Irene may be made to the Lady Minto Health Care Centre.
