He was predeceased by: his wife Anne. He is survived by: his children, Larry Klopoushak (Alicia) and Cathy Klopoushak (Dale Bodnarchuk); his grandchildren, Carissa (Brandon Canu), Mark Klopoushak (Catherine), Adriana and Tomas Lebedovich; his great grandchild Micah Klopoushak; and his brother Edward Klopoushak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of Holy Trinity, Saskatoon, Green Grove Camp or to a charity of one's choice.
