He is survived by: his children, Lorraine, Edward, Robin, Jacob Jr., Leonard and Silas; his wife Rita Noltcho; his daughters, Kathy Noltcho (Leonard), Renita Noltcho (Silas), Jennifer Noltcho and Cynthia Benjamin; his stepchildren, Eva Sylvester (Willy), Vennita Sylvester, Jimmy Sylvester, Carl Sylvester, Berdy Dzenlioun (David), Jackie Sylvester, Kamilia Ukrainetz (Kerry) and John; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Roxanne, Samantha, Wade, Edward, Lorraine, Robin, Myia, Taelynn, Jacob Jr., Rayden, Tathyna, Ronson and Jerrison. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
