He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gerlach and Bertha Gerlach; his son Loren; his former wife Jeannie Dumont of Duck Lake; his wife Anne Podhradsky; and his siblings, John and Katherine.
He is survived by: his friend Ron Turner; his great grandchild Jack; his children, Jack, Debra Crashley (Howard), Donna Barr (Tony) and Brent Gerlach (Maureen); his grandchildren, Louwana Prudat (Quentin), Terrance Gerlach (Natalie), Jonathan Gerlach (Kate), Teresa Barr (Rory), Jacob Barr (Tawnie), Joshua Gerlach (Marie) and Daniel Gerlach; his great grandchildren, Reise, Alyssa Prudat, Tristen Gerlach and Liam Barr; and his siblings, Verna Ganter (late Hank), Millie Jansen (late Pete) and Wesley Gerlach (Marie). He is also survived by in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jack's favourite charities were the Prince Albert Food Bank and the Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation. Donations to these charities as a tribute to Jack's life are most appreciated.
