He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Jan Sampson (Tom), Joy Ehrhardt (Glenn), Ralph (Sharon), Lloyd (Judy) and Thirteen; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Heathcote and Eleanor Schollar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
