With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Hazel (Miller) Sampson Frizzell (Davidson, Saskatchewan), who passed away on August 11, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Miller and David Miller; her former husband Robert Sampson; her brother Hugh Miller; her sister-in-law Carol Miller; and her granddaughter Laura Sampson.

She is survived by: her husband John Frizzell; her brother Don Miller (Elaine); and her grandchildren, Robert Sampson, Lisa Oaks, Tony Sampson, Curtis Brock, Kelly Katalinic, Justin Sampson and Kristin Sampson. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
