She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Chelack; her parents, John Trendocher and Katherine Trendocher (Yuzik); her siblings, Michael, Peter, Orest Trendocher and Ann Ribbecon; and her sons-in-law, Bill Bowden and Jim Boguski.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sherri Britt (Lacy) of Minot, ND, Christopher Chelack (Ashley) of Cudworth, Michael Chelack (Shari) of Aberdeen, Karl Chelack (Jessica) of Cudworth, Juliane Chelack of Cudworth, Chantelle Svorinich (Jordan) of Saskatoon, Andrew Chelack of Calgary and Stephanie Chelack of Calgary; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Mickayla, Victoria Britt, Emma, Nixon, Peyton Chelack, Shane Chelack, Jada, Jack Svorinich, Bentley and Weston Chelack; and her siblings-in-law, Gladys Sloboda (Terry) of Saskatoon and Bill Chelack of Pinawa, MB.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
