He was predeceased by: his son Richard Peacock; his parents, George Gow Peacock and Margaret Colville Peacock; his granddaughter Kayla Ann Gent; his aunt Isabella Mein; his parents-in-law, David Taylor and Jean Taylor; and his brother-in-law David Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Peacock; his children, Angela Gent (Kelly), Amanda Gent (Neil) and George Peacock; his grandchildren, Kristen Beselaere (Nate), Brody Gent (Brittany), Richelle Gent (Ricky Carlson), Jordan Gent (Carly Schatz), Kassandra Gent, Nathan Gent, Jessica Rettman (Tanner), Alysha Buckler (Brandon), Peyton Gent (Nathan Chandler), Jessie Soar (Evan), Jaime Drake (Craig Hyatt) and Justin Drake (Lyndsay St-Jacques); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cameron Beselaere, Brextyn, Brayson Gent, Luna, Nova Rettman, Harper, Everly Buckler, Camden, Jaylan, Brecklan Soar, Roselda and Elijah Hagan; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Taylor (Elaine), Ian Taylor (Georgia) and Dorothy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
