He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Amanda; his siblings, Marlo, Ethel and Iola; and his granddaughter Chrystal.

He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Garry (Myrna), Lavern (Carol), Wendy (Sid) and Donna (Kevin); his daughter-in-law Lynne; his grandchildren, Leona, Carmel (Clint), Vanessa (Dan), Britany (Jeff), Jason, Duane (Courtney), Rodney (Amanda), Michelle (Devin), Brandie (Matt) and Shawn (Abbey); his great grandchildren, Gavin and Mason; and his grandchildren, Raven, Alexis, Abby, Nathan, David, Blake, Jake, Jaylyn, Johnathan, Samantha, Kaylee, Doc, Nixon, Gaia, Terra, Adelyn and Brady.
