He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy; and his grandparents, Leonard, Harry and Dorothy. He is survived by: his father Derrick; his sister Tara (Mark); his nephews, Rowan and Lane; and his grandmother Stella. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
