Wayne Coates Obituary

We bid farewell to Wayne Coates in Chaplin, Saskatchewan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2024 at the age of 81. Wayne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Coates and Hazel Coates; and his son Bob Coates. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Jodi Coates (Darcy Zaretsky) and Krista Blenkin (Mike Blenkin); his daughter-in-law Claudine Coates; his great grandchildren, Tana (Cory Arnott), Kyla (Matthew Helson), Tyler Statham, Cheyenne Rosenau (Saige), Mackenzie (Brent Ginther), Luke Coates (Brylee), Nolan Coates, Jayne Owchar, Matthew and Landen Blenkin; his siblings, Sharon Hank (Chuck), Dale Coates (Linda) and Marilyn Sanders; and his uncle Dennis Coates of Calgary. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
