She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Eastman and Katherine Eastman; her husband Jacques Schmitz; her sisters, Mavis Tucker, Beryl Eastman and Kathy Schmitz; and her sons, Dustin and Colton Schmitz.
She is survived by: her son Roger; her sister Norma Polley (Garth); her daughter Verna Kuling (Robert); her grandchildren, Kyle Kuling and Nikita King (Adam); her sons, Nolan Kuling (Rachelle) and Owen Schmitz (Karen); her grandchildren, Kasey Leisle (Brayton), Bobbi-Jo Hansen (Carter) and Tiana Knight (Austen); her significant other Pat Labossiere; her partner's daughter Patricia Labossiere (Doni); and also, Kailan Scheer (Troy), Ares, Raiden Scheer and Sherry Labossiere.
