He was predeceased by: his father Charlie White; his mother-in-law Patsy Jacques; his sister Brenda Swayze; his stepdaughter Adrienne Hambleton; and his nephew Billy Jo Swayze.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Jacques; his mother Jean White; his children, Tayt (Amy), Tyce (Amber), Tyley (Parry), Hitchens, Taybrey (Riley), Horton, Randine (Mike), Lamontagne, Dichelle (Steven) and Kukura; his brother Craig (Angie); his nieces and nephews, Mandi, Michael and Annie; his stepgrandsons, Kaden and Lucas; and his father-in-law Rene Jacques. He is also survived by many adopted children and grandchildren.
