She was predeceased by: her husband David R. McKinna; her parents, George Meredith and Edith Meredith; her siblings, Edwin Meredith (Rita), Allan Meredith (Audrey) and Stella Slade (Bill); and her children, Glennis Carson and David McKinna.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack, William, Richard and Ron; her grandchildren, Tyler (Alissa), Lance (Jennifer), Jani (Jeremy) and Jennifer (Kevin); and her goddaughter Mary Butterfield (Jim). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
