He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Ball and Edith Ball; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Dorothy Loseth; his brother Victor Thordarson (Bernice); his siblings-in-law, Linda Chaskavich (Gordon) and Edwin Loseth; and his nephew-in-law Keith Pottinger.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ball; his children, Candis Burley, Aaron, Kenneth and Garrett (Natasha); and his nieces, Donna Pottinger, Dianne Isbister (Wayne) and Debbie Medwid (John).
