He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his mother Eva Cowie; his sister Marjorie Jean; his son-in-law Don Happy; and his granddaughter Samantha Cowie.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Happy, Brian Cowie (Kat) and Allen Cowie (Lori); his grandchildren, Cristal Ockochinski (Ed), Mitchell Cowie, Grace McKenna (Luke), Amanda Simonar (Nathan) and Abbey Briltz; and his great grandchildren, Leland, Emma Ockochinski, Thea, Finn McKenna, Brooke, Mila Simonar, Carter and Ellie Briltz.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's United Church (706 Pacific Ave, Carnduff, SK S0C0S0).
