She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen McBride and Anne McBride; her siblings, Sheila, Maurice, Hugh and Peggy; her husband Mervyn Sawyer; and her parents-in-law, Robert, Rhoda Sawyer, Harvey, Frank, Emerson, Lorne, Dorothy, Toots, Lois, Merle, Floyd and Vera.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Sawyer (Linda) of Cochrane, AB; her grandchildren, Steven (Tracy) and Sonia (Troy Schaab); her daughter Colleen Taylor (Robert) of Carnduff, SK; her granddaughters, Angela (Jason Sabados) and Cara (Evan Zacharias); and her siblings, Mary Kinney, Una McBride and Jimmy McBride.
