He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn "Lyn" Doty (McCleary); his parents, Elmer Doty and Iva Doty; his sister Velda Currie (Lyn); and also, Mac, Rita McCleary and Ken Hopper.
He is survived by: his daughter Deanna (Doug); his grandson Dave (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Kirsten and Terran; his grandson Derek (Sara); his son Jay (Janice); his grandchildren, Mikayla Noton (Harley) and Owen; his daughter Janice (Dale); his grandchildren, Jenna (Braden), Norman and Tyson (Megan); his brothers, Jack Doty (Irene) and Jim Doty (Joy); his sister-in-law Norma Hopper; and also Don McCleary (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
