Yvonne Strocen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Yvonne Strocen (Canora, Saskatchewan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Strocen (Wolkowski) and Orest Strocen; and her close friend Noel Simms. She is survived by: her sister Lori (Gord); her nephew Matthew; her brother Sheldon (Michelle); her nieces, Sonya and Sydney; her sister Ardis (Rick); and her nieces and nephews, Shelley and Daniel. She is also survived by many close friends and relatives.

The need to work from home due to Covid restrictions and improvements to rural internet services allowed her to live at the farm full time these last months.

Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to Saskatchewan Cancer Agency or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Yvonne Strocen.
