Walter Tratch Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2022, at the age of 95, Walter Tratch of Canora, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Tratch and Mary Tratch (Danyluk); his wife Merle Landstad; his siblings, Andy, Victor, Anne Berbenak and Ollie Ulbricht; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Berbenak, Ray Tanasichuk, Al Fedorchuk, Millard Landstad and Esther Tratch.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne, Lyndon Tratch (Nancy) and Joanne Keen (James); his grandchildren, Shane (Melissa), Shadd (Bayley), Shale, Haley Stankowski (Carson), Brookelyn (Justin) and Brittany Keen; his great grandchildren, Annabelle Jain, Kaidence Gettle, Aidyn and Ryker Tratch; his siblings, Gladys Tanasichuk, Vicky Fedorchuk, Henry (Sylvia) and Ken; and his sister-in-law Alice Landstad. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to St. Andrew's United Church, Canora, SK, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Walter Tratch.
