He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Perepeluk and Mary Perepeluk (Olenick); his spouse Mary Bebenek; his son Kenneth; and his siblings, Pete, Metro, Steve, Johnny, Katie and Francis.
He is survived by: his grandchild Patricia; his children, Gary Perepeluk of Yorkton, SK and Patricia Wozniak of Yorkton, SK; his grandchildren, Shelley, Michael, Matthew and Patrick; his great grandchildren, Jazlynn, Kitana, Melina, Dustin and William; and his brother Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
