It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera D. Fofonoff (Canora, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vera D. Fofonoff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wasil C. Fofonoff; her parents, Metro Kabatoff and Polly Kabatoff (Veregin); her siblings, Bill, John and Polly; her sister-in-law Ruby; and her niece Diane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Myrna (Dieter) and Irene (Sergey); her grandchildren, Marina (Ralph), Christina (Rob), Vincent (Jackie) and Dwayne; her great grandchildren, Dieter, Sabrine (Mikkel), Katerina, Martina, Landyn, Taylor and Robin; her great great grandchildren, Finnley and Lucca; and her sister Phyllis (Ed). She is also survived by numerous nieces, a nephew and extended family and friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Vera Fofonoff.
