She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Lozinski and Mary Lozinski; her husband John Witzko; her siblings-in-law, Marlene, Mary (Peter), Katherine, Olga (Joe), Bill (Mary) and Metro (Dehlia); and her nieces and nephews, Randy, Jim, Eugene, Sharon, Darlene, Geraldine, Gloria, Stephanie and Marlene.
She is survived by: her children, Ivan (Patty) and Ida (Steven); her granddaughters, Kayla (Ryan) and Megan (Danny); her stepgranddaughters, Candise and Cassie (Levi); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Bexleigh, Paisley, Owen, Emma, Ryenne and Bennett; her brother Angus; and her parents-in-law, Sylvia (Jacob), Margaret (John) and Mike.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Canora Hospital Auxiliary – Palliative Care Unit or to the Canora Gateway Lodge Auxiliary, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Sylvia Witzko.
