She was predeceased by: her parents, Alec Mudry and Lena Mudry (Terletski); and her siblings, Marion and Elsie Gulka. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Mydonick of Canora, SK; her children, Dwayne Mydonick (Clarissa), Cory Mydonick (Marley) and Shelley Ashman (Neil); her siblings, Walter Mudry (Lorraine), Marcel Mudry (Chris), Harold Mudry (Theresa) and Olga Kozminski (Bill); her grandchildren, Riley Mydonick (Richele), Casey Mydonick, Maxwell Mydonick, Tucker Mydonick, Felicity Mydonick and Tessica Mydonick; and her great grandchild Carmen Mydonick. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
As Sylvia loved the outdoors and was a dedicated member, those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Wildlife Federation of Saskatchewan (c/o 9 Lancaster Road, Moose Jaw, SK, S6J 1M8), as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Sylvia Mydonick.
