He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleck Dziaduck and Polly Dziaduck; his brother Larry Dziaduck; his close friend Marlene Witzko; and his daughter Crystal Dziaduck.

He is survived by: his children, Denise Jordan (Jimmy), Lindsey Witzko, Chad Witzko (Jaime) and Jamie Witzko (Corry); his grandchildren, Damian, Brooklyn, Wyatt and Destiny; his siblings, Gloria Thomas (Tim) and Donny Dziaduck (Janet); and his sister-in-law Adeline Dziaduck. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
